Virtual Teams

My research on virtual teams (teamwork with technology) typically involves one of three research questions:

1) How and why technology alters teamwork.

2) How to facilitate more effective teamwork in teams that rely on technology.

3) How to design technologies that can facilitate more effective teamwork.
