Focusing on graduate student projects and research across the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts

Scholastic innovation and excellence are pillars of graduate programs at the University of Michigan, College of Literature, Science, and the Arts (LSA). From its earliest days, LSA was the center of research and teaching, providing the building blocks of innovation that today inspire ideas and hands-on transformation.

The College of LSA offers 40 programs of study, with over 2,000 students enrolled in graduate degree programs.
