Meeting Space
Registration, technical sessions, breakfast, and lunch will be held in the Gate House Lodge, which is located across the Lincoln Peak Courtyard from the Clay Brook Hotel.
Oral Presentations
Speakers can use the computer provided or their own for their presentation. Invited talk slots are 30 minutes, including 5 minutes for questions. Contributed talk slots are 15 minutes, including 3 minutes for questions.
Poster Presentations
Posters must be portrait formatted (taller, rather than wider) and no larger than 34" × 44" (ANSI E size) or 84.1 cm × 118.9 cm (size A0). Adhesives will be provided for hanging the poster.
