EGL is led by a student board organized into branches, similar to a government structure. Each branch focuses on a core pillar of the organization and is responsible for designing, executing, and sustaining the programs that define the EGL experience.

Provides strategic direction for EGL and serves as the primary representative of the organization to students, alumni, faculty, and partners. The President oversees board operations, long-term vision, and cross-branch collaboration.
Includes the President and Vice Presidents. This group works closely with program advisors to guide major initiatives, ensure continuity, and align society efforts with EGL’s mission.

Serves as EGL’s primary ambassador, overseeing marketing, recruiting, alumni relations, industry partnerships, volunteer abroad, and external strategy.
Maintains strong connections between students and alumni, supports alumni programming, and works closely with the Alumni Advisory Board.
Builds relationships with companies, supports sponsorships, and connects students with internships and full-time opportunities.
Leads the planning and execution of EGL’s annual Volunteer Abroad program, including site selection, fundraising, logistics, and reflection.
Maintains EGL’s brand and public presence through social media, photography, promotional materials, and website updates.

Oversees internal engagement, student experience tracking, communications, and society operations.
Leads mentorship programs, onboarding for new members, and social events that help students build meaningful connections within EGL.
Coordinates service initiatives and community engagement, including volunteering efforts and career fair coat check operations.
Focuses on identifying, securing, and managing funding sources that support EGL programming and reduce financial barriers for students.
Manages budgeting, reimbursements, and financial operations to ensure fiscal transparency and sustainability.

Oversees leadership and development initiatives that support student growth across EGL.
Leads the Topics in Leadership (TiL) program, including curriculum, facilitation, and alumni and company involvement.
Plans cultural programming such as Global Bonanza, cultural potlucks, and storytelling events.
Promotes inclusion, gathers community feedback, and supports DEI-focused programming and reflection.
EGL is supported by faculty and staff advisors who provide guidance and continuity while empowering students to lead.
