The Mask Shall be fabricated through:
Additive Manufacuring of Outer Shell and Internal Dampening Unit.
Off the shelf Nylon Strap and buckle accessories. Refer to assembly plan for further details.
Off the shelf Weather Stripping for Sealing material
Off the shelf Fabric Sound Attenuating material.
All the electronics will be purchased as PCB modules and assembled on the interior of the shell as per assembly instructions below.
Take the buckle’s female end and apply glue to the flat surface.
Place the buckle onto the flat surface accepting surface on the right-hand side of the shell.
Clamp components and wait for the glue to dry.
Take one free end of the strap and pass it through the male end of the buckle.
Fasten the straps as shown in Figure. 3
cut the strap to length
loop the other end through the slot as shown in Figure 4.
Fasten the free end to the strap to close the loop.
Take the free end of another strap and loop through one of the top slots.
Seal the free end to the strap to close the loop, as shown in Figure 5.
Insert the free end of the strap in the tri-glide slide portion
Loop the other free end through the second slot
Fasten the free end through the adjusting tool of the strap
Attach padding material to the contact area of straps with the user’s head
