Established in February of 2018 by a handful of biomedical PhD students, our group aims to create and run high-caliber diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) events and programming.
We achieve this goal by using primary sociological and psychological research to shape both our approach and our content, making our programming both compelling and relevant. Finally, we always ensure that our attendees leave with strong, research-based takeaways so that they leave with the tools to make their own work environments more inclusive.
Our organization is fully supported by the Office of Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies and the Programs in Biomedical Sciences (PIBS).
