The DEI Taskforce has long lamented that there are nearly no methods for students to report incidents of discrimination while retaining control over the disclosure of their identity and the direction taken after the report is made. Today, we are excited to announce the debut of our independent incident report form, which is designed to prioritize, protect, and empower trainees. Please see our Report An Incident page for more information and a link to the form!
