Generating new topography in MPAS

Instructions:

Initial setup things:

1. Copy the MPAS standalone repository at:  into somewhere in your home directory.

2. Copy the following bash script into your repository.

3. Copy the following MPAS case directory:     .

Generating new topography process:

1. Load the required modules, with source ....

2. Edit the MPAS_model ... /mpas_init_atm_cases.F file.
