Registration for CSW 2025 closed on May 12, 2025. 

The following registration rates are available until May 12, 2025: 

General registration: $1576.00 CAD

Student registration: $1288.00 CAD

Extra banquet ticket (limit one per attendee): $180 CAD

Excursion ticket (optional): $160 CAD

Optional Excursion Add-On 

Attendees will have the chance to purchase tickets to an optional excursion taking place on Friday, May 30, starting at 1pm after the conclusion of the conference for $160 CAD each. 

About the excursion: This private sightseeing tour will include stops at Emerald Lake and Lake Louise. Attendees will have between 30-45 min per stop to sightsee and enjoy the stunning scenery within the Canadian Rockies. The ticket price is all inclusive of transportation to/from the Banff Centre, park entrance fees, taxes, and gratuity. Overall the tour will last roughly 4.25 hours.
