CSW 2025 is committed to providing all participants an environment that can promote free and robust exchange of scientific ideas. This environment requires that all participants be treated with equal consideration and respect regardless of their gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. While vigorous debate of ideas is encouraged, personal attacks create an environment in which people feel threatened or intimidated. This is not productive and does not advance the cause of science. All participants of CSW 2025 are therefore expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
We do not tolerate bullying, harassment (sexual or otherwise), discrimination, and retaliation of conference participants in any form, both directly and indirectly including posting on social media. This policy applies to every individual at the event, whether attendee, speaker, exhibitor, award recipient, staff, contractor or other. It is also a violation of this policy to retaliate against an individual for reporting bullying, discrimination or harassment or to intentionally file a false report of bullying, discrimination or harassment. Conference participants violating the code of conduct may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.
Any participants who have concerns that the Code of Conduct has been breached should contact the CSW 2025 organizing committee responsible for conferences:
