Info for Presenters

Poster presenters

Date: Wednesday, May 28, 2025 

Time: 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. 

Location: KC 201 / 203 / 205 -- located on the second floor of the Kinnear Centre 

Specs

Boards can accommodate posters in landscape orientation, with the overall available space measuring 91" (231.1cm) wide and 45" (114.3cm) tall. 

Set up 

Posters can be hung on Wednesday, May 28, starting at 12:00 p.m. local time and should be hung no later than 5:30 PM. Presenters will need to be ready by their posters by 6:00 p.m. No slides are needed. Presenters should take their posters down at the conclusion of the poster session as boards will be picked up immediately following. 

Posters will be hung on both sides of the provided boards and will be numbered 1-50. You can refer to our online program to see your assigned number. We will have thumbtacks available for you to hang your posters. 

Printing is the responsibility of the presenter. We are unaware of on site printing services both at the conference venue and in the city of Banff.
