Lunch with Invited Speakers

The University of Michigan Physics department hosts several seminar and colloquium every week. In the event that one of the eminent speakers is a woman, SWIP arranges for members to have lunch with the speaker. Typically an invitation to a speaker lunch is emailed to SWIP members the week beforehand. Spots at a speaker luncheon are available on a first come, first serve basis to be reserved by emailing the Speaker lunch committee.
