This Rackham Interdisciplinary workshop aims to create space for Rackham students to discuss, share readings, and present research regarding complex theoretical and methodological issues related to intersectionality. We recognize that different disciplines use varying definitions of intersectionality and will explore this to some degree in this workshop. Generally, we see this workshop as a space to reflect on how systems and social locations mutually construct features of social organization.
