SilverCloud is an online mental health tool that offers self-guided programs for anxiety, depression, stress, resilience or insomnia. Initiated by the College of Engineering, SilverCloud is now available to all faculty, staff and students at no cost.
Students with disabilities will find resources here for getting disabilities documented with the university, allowing the extra time on exams and other accommodations, as well as other resources for support and community organizations.
