I have been a papercraft hobbyist for over 15 years. Over that time I have made many 3D papercraft models from templates found online, and some designed by myself.
This archive serves to showcase some of my projects.
Papercraft is the art of creating 3D models out of paper.
It involves cutting out pieces from templates, folding, and assembling them into physical 3D models.
My typical process is that I like to cut all the pieces out first, then lightly crease them all, then build up from the bottom. I find that the best strategy for gluing is to use a toothpick to spread a thin layer of tacky glue on the flaps, then hold them together with flat tweezers.
Models can be unwrapped using the Pepakura software.
