We have created multiphysics simulation based Apps to expose students to topics such as mass transport, heat transport and heat exchange processes. These stand-alone Apps will provide students with a virtual platform to learn concepts in food engineering, such as, spatial and temporal understanding of simultaneous heat and mass transfer, and structural changes in products widely applicable in various food processing operations. We hope that this will improve the interactive and integrative learning of the students in the classroom and enhance overall student interest, learning capacity, and experience.
Operating system requirements
Please note that these APPS only run on windows based computer. You also need an administrative privilege of the computer on which you are downloading these APPS.
