Symposium Attendees

• Early Bird (By October 10, 2025) - $95.00 (includes lunch).

• Regular (October 11 - October 20,  2025) - $135.00 (includes lunch).

• AIA Continuing Education Units (?pending? $25.00).

• Registration required (see above).

 Regional University Faculty & Students

• Early Bird (By October 10, 2025) - $75.00 (includes lunch).

• Regular (October 11 - October 20,  2025) - $95.00 (includes lunch).

• Must provide an education email address and a valid university/college ID (at the door).

• Register required (see above).

 UMass Faculty & UMass Students 

• UMass Faculty & UMass Students Registration - Free.

• Registration Required: Must complete the online UMass registration form to attend. Click on the link to register now  (https://form.jotform.com/umassbrut/facultystudentlist)   

• Registration Closes (October 20, 2025)

• Must provide a UMass email address and a valid university/college ID (at door).  

How to Register?

Individual Registration

 Iris Registration Button (above) is a secure online system to manage registration for this event.

• Click on the "registration" button above.

• Create an account using your email address and a password of your choice.

•  Log in, please complete the online registration form along with your payment.

•  If you need any assistance completing your registration, please email us at registration@umass.edu.

Multiple Registrations

 If you need to register multiple attendees, please follow the instructions below.

• Click Register Now, create an account, and complete a registration for the first attendee (proceeding through the payment selection page). Once that registration is completed,

• Click Home in the top toolbar to be brought back to the registration summary screen.

• Click Create Additional Registrations. If you have a large group you would like to register, please email us at registration@umass.edu for assistance.

Payment Options

• Payment is accepted during registration via our online payment gateway by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit or debit card. 

• If you are having any trouble submitting payment or completing your registration, please contact us at registration@umass.edu so we can assist you!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be submitted by email to UMass Conference Services at registration@umass.edu no later than October 10, 2025. Cancellation requests submitted by this date will receive a refund minus a $60.00 cancellation processing fee. Cancellation requests submitted after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
