(Women+ in Geospatial Science) Workshop


How to Navigate and Chart a Course Forward for Women+ Graduate Students in Geospatial Science

This is a workshop for first-generation, BIPOC or foreign-born woman (1) pursuing a PhD ; (2) in a graduate program considering a Ph.D. or (3) a recent graduate from a PhD program in geospatial sciences (GIScience, remote sensing, spatial analysis, and mapping sciences).

The two parts will be fully virtual and hosted on Zoom during January 14 and April 8, 2023. The get -together part of this workshop will be meeting and networking during the the American Association of Geographers annual meeting in Denver, Colorado.
