Es muy importante para este proyecto el comprender la situación del contexto local y las oportunidades que este ofrece, de igual manera es muy significativo encontrar y capitalizar la inspiración necesaria para lograr una adecuada solución de diseño bien balanceada entre la conservación de la naturaleza y las aspiraciones de los turistas. La industria del vino y la del turismo deben encontrar una forma amable de coexistir a través de un diseño innovador, audaz y sustentable.
El desafío del Taller Virtual 2019 es lograr ese equilibrio entre el turismo tequilero y el ecoturismo mediante los siguientes objetivos:
- Combinar actividades recreativas, agrícolas y turísticas
- Proyectar un complejo de diseño innovador adaptado al sitio, clima y temática.
- Materializar la obra teniendo en cuenta las prácticas más elementales de sustentabilidad considerando aspectos de diseño que contemplen el uso de conceptos claros de bioclimatismo, utilización de energías renovables, reúso y conservación de aguas, manejo de residuos sólidos y reducción de emisiones de carbono.
- Hacer uso racional y lógico de materiales y componentes constructivos teniendo en cuenta su fabricación/construcción equilibrando las técnicas modernas de construcción con los materiales y técnicas constructivas tradicionales de la zona.
- Considerar en el diseño las condiciones climáticas del lugar, proponiendo fundamentalmente el aprovechamiento de energía solar
- Desarrollar una propuesta que relacione el diseño del entorno con los edificios conservando el espíritu y carácter del lugar y considerando las expresiones culturales y sociales de la comunidad vitivinícola.
It is very important for this project, to know the situation of the local context, and the different opportunities that it gives. In the same way, it is significant to found and exploit inspiration needed to achieve the correct design solution, balanced between nature conservancy and tourist aspirations.
The LAVSD 2019 challenge is to reach the balance between tequila-tourism and eco-tourism through the next goals:
Combine, recreational, agricultural and tourist activities.
- Creating a complex of innovative design adapted to the site, climate and theme.
- Materialize the work, contemplating practices of sustainability considering design points that look upon concepts of bioclimatism, renewable energy employment, reuse and water conservation, solid waste management and reduction of carbon emissions.
- Make rational and logical use of materials and building stuff taking into account its manufacturing/construction, balancing modern construction techniques with traditional materials and construction techniques in the area.
- Consider in the design, climatic conditions of the place, basically proposing the use of solar energy.
- Develop a proposal relating the design of the environment with buildings, retaining the spirit and character of the place and considering the cultural and social expressions of the wine community.
