Vinesh Chandra is an Associate Professor and specialises in Technology, STEM and Global Education. He teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses that focus on these areas. He also supervises postgraduate students whose research interests lie in these fields. Associate Professor Chandra is the Academic lead(International Engagement) in the School of Teacher Education and Leadership. He is also the Study Area Coordinator in STEM Education. Currently, he is one of the leaders of the Australia Awards Graduate Certificate in STEM Education course that is being delivered to teachers from Papua New Guinea. He leads the SEE Project (http://theseeproject.org/) which is actively involved in advancing the print and digital literacy agenda in rural and remote schools in developing countries. His book “Share Engage Educate: SEEding change for a better world” (Brill Publishers) highlights some of the work he has undertaken with his team in eight developing countries. Associate Professor Chandra has also co-authored a book titled "STEM Education in the Primary School: A Teacher's Toolkit" published recently by Cambridge.
