Order Lab Coats

🥼 Scrubin Lab Coat Ordering Guide

Follow the steps below to order your 2 lab coats (per academic year).

Step 1 – Log In

• Go to uic.scrubin.com

  • Do not add “www.”

• New users: Click Create New Account.  Returning users can enter their existing login info.

• Enter your email address. Click Continue.

• Enter Access Code: GME → click Continue.

• Select your "company" (Residency or Fellowship) → click Continue with Selected Company.

Step 2 – Select Lab Coats

• Use the toolbar → select Lab Coats.

• Choose your lab coat:

  • Color: White only

  • Logo: Resident or Fellow logo is automatically included

  • Quantity: Up to 2 coats per academic year

  • Size: Select your size

• Click Continue.

Step 3 – Checkout & Approval

1. Click FINALIZE EMBROIDERY (Resident/Fellow patch only).

2. Review your Shopping Cart → Calculate Shipping & Delivery to 60612 (Economy) → Proceed to Checkout.

3. Select your Coordinator/Program Name (shipping is pre-set).

4. Click Send for Approval. Click Submit.

Step 4 – Confirmation

• Your coordinator will receive your order for approval.

• You will receive an email confirmation after submitting.

✅ Done! Your lab coats will be processed once approved.
