We are a “Scent Free” school. We have staff and students with severe allergies to scent and ask that students and visitors refrain from wearing scented sprays, perfumes, or essential oils while in the school.
We are a "nut free' school. We have students with severe allergies to all nuts and ask that student lunches are "nut free". This includes WOWButter, even though it is a nut free product. If you send in food to share with the class, please make sure it is individually wrapped and marked as 'nut-free'.
Safe Arrival (Attendance)

we will phone you if your child is late or absent and we have not heard from you to confirm that your child is home

Health Management Plans
Every student who has a potentially life-threatening condition needs to have a “Plan of Care” form registered with the office
asthma
anaphylactic allergy needing an epipen
epilepsy
diabetes
The plan needs to be signed by Doctor when your child starts school
If your child needs medicine at school (inhalers, antibiotics) we'll need you to fill out a "Consent to give Oral Medication" form you can get from our main office
please make sure your contact information is always up to date with the office in case of emergency!

Inclement Weather
No Bus Days
a School Messenger phone call will be sent out
it will be posted on Twitter and the Transportation website
school is still open to staff and students who can arrive safely
if your child walks to school, but you will keep them home on no bus days, please fill out the form that is sent home for this or phone in your child's absence each time
online work will be posted in their Google Classroom
