Students: In each division tab you can find videos and extra information about what you are learning in music class. If you are away, please feel free to check out your divisions tab and the "games" tab to continue your music learning!

For families: Here you can scroll through to your child's division to learn more about what they are working on during music periods. The last tab has a variety of music education games that your child is encouraged to explore at any point during the year!

MUSIC MONDAY

Each week on the announcements we celebrate Music Monday, where we get to engage in learning about something musical! Last year we focused primarily on musicians - where we got to celebrate their work and learn more about them, while communicating personal responses to different music styles and practice talking about music. This year we will continue this project, but open up our learning to include different music styles, instruments, performances.... basically all things musical!

Some prompting questions we usually used :

Where do you think you would hear this song played?
What is the message of the song?
How does this song make you feel?
What instruments do you hear?
