Sometimes you will find a County or District level Project or Record book. In order to use any project book, you will have to seek permission by the Martin County 4-H if it is not listed as an active Martin County 4-H book below. This is to ensure the record book is up to the standards of 4-H, up to date, and is helping youth reach educational goals.
