Welcome to the UF/IFAS Extension Martin County 4-H Citrus Project Silent Auction!
Sugar Belle Mandarin
This silent auction is to benefit Martin County 4-H members who have cared diligently for their citrus tree over the last 10 months. The Sugar Belle Mandarin is a hybrid citrus fruit that's a cross between a clementine and a Minneola tangelo. It was developed by scientists at the University of Florida's Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences and was selected for its taste, disease tolerance, and high Vitamin C content.
The auction is live now and will end on Sunday, February 22 at 5pm. The high bidders will be contacted on February 23 and will be able to pick up their tree(s) on or after Monday, February 23 from the UF/IFAS Extension Office located at the north end of the Martin County Fairgrounds. Payment for the trees will be cash and all money collected will go directly to the youth who grew the tree.
