1. How to apply for admissions?
Online application for incoming Grade 11 Students
• Step 1. fill out the online Application for Admission at www.ue.edu.ph/onlineadmission
• Step 2. Upload your 2” x 2” photo with a white background and the following requirements:
• For Grade 10 completers: Grade 10 report card
• For current Grade 10 students: Grade 9 report card
• For graduates of Non-Formal Education: PEPT/ALS rating
• Step 3. Pay for the application fee.
• Step 4. Upload your proof of payment at www.ue.edu.ph/onlineadmission
• Step 5. Check your email inbox within the next three working days (as in not counting Saturdays, Sunday, and Holidays) for the status of your application.

3. Are there available scholarship grants or financial assistance you could offer to students?
Scholarships
A. Academic Scholars
Deserving Grade 11 students can avail of the following scholarship grants:
1.) Full Scholarship for Rank 1 of the graduating class
2.) Half Scholarship for Rank 2 of the graduating class
B. Family Discount
Siblings enrolled in the Basic Education Department may apply for the family discount.
1.) 25% discount for the 3rd child enrolled in the department
2.) 50% discount for the child enrolled in the department
C. PEAC-DepEd Tuition Fee Subsidy
Students may apply for the tuition fee subsidy being offered by the Private Education Assistance Committee of DepEd for qualified Grade 11 Students
1.) ESC Grant
2.) QVA Recipient
• from public and private school
D. Special Discounts (Discounts for Special Groups)
Enrolling child of OFW parent/Lucio Tan Group of Companies(LTGC) employee-parent/UE alumnus with a brother/sister studying in UE will be given discount on school fees per semester provided he/she enrolls an academic load of at least 18 units and submits the following requirements before the deadline of Application/Enrollment
Requirements:
1.) Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
2.) Photocopy of OFW’s passport and updated OEC issues by the POEA (for the child of OFW)
3.) Updated Parent’s Certification of Employment with the LTG (for the child of LTGC Employee)
4.) Photocopy of updated UE Alumni ID Card (for the child o UE Alumnus) Graduates of The UE High School.
Graduates of the UE Basic Education Department will be given a discount on first enrollment at UE if enrolling as Freshmen with an academic load of at least 18 units.
4. How to enroll?
• Step 1. Search for UE website, click the Admissions tab then click “Enroll online”.
• Step 2. Login using your reference number and last name.
• Step 3. Upload your credentials for enrollment
Grade 11 Enrollment Requirements
1. Grade 10 Card/Form 138 (duly signed by the Principal or Registrar)
2. Form 137 (if available)
3. Latest Certification of Good Moral Character
4. PSA-issued Birth Certificate
5. Certificate of Junior High School Completion
6. Certificate of Learner Reference Number (LRN), If applicable
7. QVA or ESC Certificate (if applicable)
8. If applicable: Certificate of Academic Rank for Overall Rank 1 and Rank 2 with at least
50 graduates in their batch
In addition to the above requirements, International Student Applicants are required to submit the following:
1. Appropriate Study Permit
2. ACR (Alien Certification of Registration)
3. Proof of payment of acceptance and processing fees
• Step 4. Choose your class schedule: morning or afternoon
• Step 5. Select your tuition payment scheme (i.e., full payment or installment).
• Step 6. Check your email inbox promptly for instructions on submitting your original enrollment requirement to the UE Admissions Office (i.e., in person through an adult proxy or via courier).
• Step 7. Check your email inbox for pre-enrollment form then print it. (If the enrollment was submitted on campus, a printed PEF will be provided.)
• Step 8. Proceed to tuition payment.
• Step 9. Once you are enrolled, you can download a copy of your UE registration form. (If the enrollment was held on campus, a printed registration form will be provided.)
• Step 10. Check for the UE Admissions Office’s email on how to start accessing your UEmail address, Canvas account, and details about the start of your classes.
5. What are the payment procedures for school fees?
• GCash
• BacNet ATM
• UE Cashier's window on Campus
• PNB Over-the-Counter
A. Through the mobile app or Internet Banking:
1. Log-in to your Bank mobile application or online website.
2. Select Bills Payment.
3. In the Billers list, search for:
“UNIVERSITY OF THE EAST” for UE Caloocan students (If you cannot find UE in the list, try the Online Fund Transfer option)
4. Type the amount you want to pay.
5. In the Account/Reference number section, type the 11-digit student number.
6. After a successful transaction, make sure the selected Biller is UNIVERSITY OF THE EAST.
7. For Miscellaneous Fees payments, please email your proof of payment to finance@ue.edu.ph and specify the purpose of the payment. For Tuition Fee
payments, no need to send your proof of payment to the Finance email.
B. Through any PNB branch nationwide:
1. Ask for a Payment Slip Form.
2. Fill out as follows:
Biller Name: UNIVERSITY OF THE EAST – CALOOCAN
Reference No.: The Student’s 11-digit Student Number + “TF” or “MF”
example:
20230123456TF – for Tuition Fee payments
20231234567MF – for Miscellaneous Fee payments
“TF” is for the Total Tuition and Other Fees as stated on your Pre-Enrollment Form or Registration Form.
“MF” is for Miscellaneous Fees such as: Defense Fees, Dropping Fees, Transfer Credential Documents, etc.
Payor’s Name: The Student’s Name
3. Select your Mode of Payment.
4. Write the amount you want to pay and sign the payment slip.
5. Present the slip to the bank teller and wait for your copy.
6. When you receive your validated slip sure the selected Biller is UNIVERSITY OF THE EAST/ UNIVERSITY OF THE EAST – CALOOCAN.
7. For Miscellaneous Fees payments, please email your proof of payment to finance@ue.edu.ph and specify the purpose of the payment. For Tuition Fee payments, no need to send your proof of payment to the Finance email.
IMPORTANT REMINDER!
PNB Bills Payments are validated after 1 banking day upon receiving the summarized report from PNB.
