Review: Review the previous lesson by do the activity . The activity is called " Throwing Cabbage!"
Teacher turns on the short song.
Students throw a lump of paper to each other.
A student who carries it at the end of song have to share or review the previous lesson.
Motivation: Before start the class, teacher will give two paragraphs and try to identify what kind of paragraph are they.
Presentation: In this point, after students do the activities in the motivation steps their teacher will explain and lead them to the topic of current meeting. My lesson plan I give two paragraphs and students will read and discuss.
Discussion: The teacher present the meaning and kinds about paragraph by using presentation then asked students to read the content.
Generalization: Ask the students What’s the topic we learned today to check their understanding.
Fixing Skills: This point is carried out to improve the skills of the students. For example, my lesson plan this point provided students to use the content of the current meeting apply to do the activity.
EVALUATION: This point is optional depending on the remaining duration and the achievement of student understanding. If from the remaining time, students need to do the test for check their understanding.
ASSIGNMENT: At this point, teacher give an assignment to students so they can review the lesson by themselves using the assignment.
Time management and organizing activities.
Time management and organization of activities will vary depending on the student’s goals and the level of difficulty of the topic. At UNP Laboratory School, I have 60 minutes to teach students. per study one time It usually takes 5 minutes to motivate students, 10 minutes to presentation, and 30 minutes to present about discussion, and 15 minutes to do the quiz.
Class management
Activities developed in the lesson plans are all By focusing on students as the center. Teachers will be facilitating the students to participate in the class. To enable students to participate in class This must be done so that students do not feel bored or stressed about teaching and learning.
Problem solving while teaching and staying in designated school.
While I'm teaching in the final demonstration. During the teaching period, there was a lot of content, mostly text and it's make the students bored, so I decided to look for activities to get students' attention again.
