My cooperating teacher is Ma’am Rose Jane A. COMILANG. She is teaching English in junior high school and high school. The class that I observed is grade 7 and grade 10. From what I have observed grade 7 students were studying English about promoting language proficiency while fostering cultural awareness and critical thinking. And grade 10 students were studying English about Helping verb.At the first step she asks students to review the previous lesson to check their understanding by asking some questions and students raised their hand to answer the questions in the other hand checking their previous assignments are the way to help students review their previous lesson by their own.The teacher asked students to read the questions in the assignments then asked students to answer and let them share their opinion or reasons why they answer this answer. And during the lesson, she will always interact with students. Although the content is difficult, she explain it with examples to build understanding of students.

Teachers use PowerPoint and books as the main reference to give instructions and materials. And open videos from YouTube to mix and complement each other to increase learning content. 

Teacher can use PowerPoint to make the students can have a better understanding on the material. The school provide television , so teacher can do PowerPoint Presentation with the television. PowerPoint Presentation make students interested and concentrated to the lesson.

Teacher gives 10 - 15 multiple choice questions to ensure the students have understood the lesson that have learned today. And the teacher explains the students’ answers and corrects the students’ understanding.
