Mini Gear Pick Up 

UDFC’s Mini Gear Pick-Up Day will be Saturday May 30th at Woodlawn United Church (54 Woodlawn Rd, Dartmouth, NS B2W 2S1). This will be the best opportunity for Mini players to pick up their jersey, shorts, socks, and soccer ball for the summer season! The players will have a chance to select their preferred sizes for their gear. 

U2-U7 - Uniform kit/ ball are sponsored by Tim Hortons.
Tim Horton's generously provides a free ball, jersey, shorts and socks for each U2-U7 player in the club. This year's jerseys are ADIDAS brand and unfortunately, the smallest size is X Small. (In past years we have had XXX Sm and XX Sm)

U8/9 - Mini/ Fundamentals
U8/9 are no longer sponsored by Tim Hortons and will receive club T shirts for their jerseys.
However, we will be giving last year's shorts, socks and Timbit jerseys to U8/9 families that would like to take a Tim Horton's uniform home.

Pick Up Times

We are asking each age group to arrive at the following times.

Age Group & Time 

U2: 9 AM - 10 AM

U3: 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM 

U4: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM 

U5: 10:30 PM - 11:30 AM 

U6: 11:00 AM - 12:00 noon

U7: 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM

U8/U9: 12:00 noon- 1:00 PM

U10/U11: 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM

Quiet Soccer: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

How it will work:

When you arrive at the church at your designated time, we recommend parking in the side and back parking lots closest to the duck pond and pickleball court. The event is in the church basement. Please look out for UDFC signs. They will direct you to the table where all of your gear will be found.  Before arriving please check what colour jersey your player will be wearing this summer. Jersey colours will be listed on the Team Lists document that was emailed on Friday, May 22nd. Please note there may be a small wait time, however we hope to have things moving as fast as possible. It's always a good idea to double check your team list and colour before coming to pick up.

If you can’t make your time, don’t worry! You can come anytime but it is recommended that you come during your assigned time to get the size you need.

Our U15AAA girls team will be fundraising at the event. Please bring cash if you would like to buy something from their bake sale!
