This is a strategic plan that explains how the local school or workplace will go about achieving strategic goals by using technology to provide instruction, collect data, and evaluate results in order to determine the extent to which standards have been met. The plan includes a work schedule, hardware and software configuration, a proposed budget, and a budget explanation.

Treats all students ethically including learners with special needs

AECT Indicators:

AECT 1.4: Candidates demonstrate the ability to effectively manage people, processes, physical infrastructures, and financial resources to achieve predetermined goals.

AECT 3.4: Candidates establish mechanisms (p. 190) for maintaining the technology infrastructure (p. 234) to improve learning and performance.

AECT 4.2: Candidates lead their peers in designing and implementing technology-supported learning.

AECT 4.5: Candidates demonstrate ethical behavior within the applicable cultural context during all aspects of their work and with respect for the diversity of learners in each setting.
