To review concepts of healthy eating, wholesome beverages, and basic physical fitness.
Participants will increase knowledge of nutrition and fitness.

This can be used in two ways!
Play a continuous game of jeopardy, divide the class into 2-3 teams. Full version will take anywhere from 25-30 minutes
Play one jeopardy question a day! Start each class with a jeopardy clue as a warm-up, have students keep track of points!
Have student state which category and point level they would like; for example, "Fruits for 200"
Click on the respective item
Instructor reads the question
Student answers in "Jeopardy" format by saying "What is... or What are... while stating correct answer; for example, "What is fruit", fruit being the correct answer.
Instructor clicks the "Space" button to reveal answer.
Instructor clicks the "ESC" button to go back to main board.
Have whole class participate on individual white boards
Have a student to be the "host"
Have a student be the score keeper
