Now that we've covered the information you need to know to be an informed Peer Educator, it's time to work on skills that will help you get the information out there! In this section, you will develop soft skills, learn more about yourself, how to interact with others, and put all of your acquired training knowledge to the test with some application activities. The topics and applications covered in this section are:

• Cultural Competency

• OARS

• Motivational Interviewing

Instead of being quizzed on information, the following modules will ask you to do a lot of self reflection. That being said, there is no grade or standard we are looking for, and you are encouraged to answer as open and honestly as you feel comfortable. These reflection questions are more for you to learn more about yourself, but the more open and honest you are, the more you will benefit in your role as a Peer Educator.
