While our team developed a patient-facing dashboard to allow users to input journal (diary) entries, view their Health Data Analysis, and create customizable goals through the Personalized Health Habit Tracker, there are other developments needed such as:
Incorporating real-time health alerts (e.g. send an alert if Heart Rate is too high over a long period of time)
Clinician-facing dashboard: Clinicians are able to see multiple patient health data
Voice memos for Diary Entries so that patients do not have to type in their activities; allows for better manageable user interface
Create two-step authentication for login for HIPAA compliance; ask for patient identifiers such as date of birth or Patient ID Number
Allow users to create an account based off of being a Patient or a Clinician and have the About Page update accordingly
Currently, all source of data is randomly generated by API from Vital; a future direction would be to use patient generated data on the website
Currently, MedDash uses a dummy account for Login; a future direction would be to allow patients to create their own username and login based on their needs
Incorporating whether the patient or clinician is on their dashboard ("Active" or "Inactive") for their patient or clinician to view
Creating a Main Graph for Personalized Health Habit Tracker similar to that of the Health Analysis Tab for patients to track goals that are difficult to track without wearable devices
AI Generated or Clinician Communication for patients to ask questions based off of their health data
Connect Diary Entries and Google Calendar to the Health Analysis Main Graph to allow users to hover over the graph while viewing the activities they performed
Add Clinician Recommendations on Health Analysis Wearable Data (e.g. if sleep is consistently below 5 hours, a Clinician Recommendation would be to set up an appointment with the patient's Primary Care Physician)
Add a green or red color in the Calendar Component in the Personalized Health Habit Tracker to show which days the user met the goal or not
Incorporate Diary Entries in the Personalized Health Habit Tracker for users to add activities done, motivations to continue the goal, and rewards once the goal is fulfilled
Display history of past Personalized Health Habit Tracker inputs (e.g. from October 27th - November 4th the patient can see their past weight).
Incorporate "streaks" in Personalized Health Habit Tracker to track consistency in patient's goal accomplishments
Receiving more MedDash Feedback from patients in Measured Wellness Clinic and Kind Health Clinic
Incorporating Diary Entries in Personalized Health Habit Tracker for patients to track their activities, their motivations to accomplish specific goals, and their rewards once they accomplish the goals
Incorporating Calendar Component in Personalized Health Habit Tracker to include green and red colors based off of whether the user completed their Sleep Goal for the day
Incorporating a "Streak" value in the bottom to indicate how many consistent days the patient currently accomplished their Sleep goal as well as reporting their Highest Streak overall
Incorporating a Clinican Communication Module for patients to ask clinicians questions about their Health Data
