Over the course of a woman's life, the milk ducts present in the breasts will naturally open in order to allow breast milk to flow outwards. This inevitably creates a two-way system to which unwanted irritants can enter and damage the epithelial cells.
We want to design the ultimate shield against these foreign substances that is:
Waterproof
Comfortable
Convenient
Our newly patented device provides the barrier needed to defend open and vulnerable milk channels when women are not breastfeeding. It utilizes innovative shaping of the adhesives to more precisely adhere to the rounded structure of the breast, a negative air pressure system to further enhance the liquid-proofing, and a confidence testing liquid-indicator beneath the cover for the user's own comfort.
