Liz is the Director of Early Innovation Partnering at Johnson & Johnson Innovation, California, focusing on pharmaceutical innovation in immunology and cardiovascular & metabolism. She identifies and secures early-stage external opportunities through partnerships with entrepreneurs, investors, and thought leaders, aligning with Johnson & Johnson’s strategic goals. Previously, she was an Associate, Venture Investment at JJDC, Inc., where she managed equity investments globally, including a stint in Seoul, South Korea, to drive innovation in the Consumer and Pharma sectors. Before joining Johnson & Johnson in 2015, Liz was an Associate Principal Scientist at L’Oréal Research & Innovation, where she led external collaborations in skin tissue engineering, bioprinting, and clinical tools, achieving key scientific milestones.
