Reflection: Time spent studying was about the same as I planned. But sometimes I do not want to follow the plan completely, and do something planned which was planned after first, and then went back to the other things. And group members and family activities also made difference from what I planned.Â
My plan: My plan for the coming weeks is to ensure a balanced routine that includes adequate time for rest, study, exercise, and leisure. To create this plan, I analyzed my 168-hour log from the previous week and made necessary adjustments to ensure its feasibility and effectiveness.
