Abstract
This project introduces a bioreactor design aimed at enhancing stem cell research by providing a controlled environment that closely mimics in vivo conditions. The design utilizes precise control over mechanical, electrical, and electromagnetic stimuli to manipulate stem cell behavior, thus improving the understanding of cellular mechanisms. Featuring a 3D-printed structure with clear imaging and multiple microfluidic chambers, the bioreactor supports simultaneous experiments across six cell wells. Initial testing indicates significant improvements in stem cell response and differentiation, promising substantial advances in regenerative medicine. Future modifications will focus on integrating a unified control system and improving environmental simulation to extend the bioreactor's applicability in scientific research.
