The International Writing Centers Association fosters the development of writing center directors, tutors, and staff by sponsoring meetings, publications, and other professional activities; by encouraging scholarship connected to writing center-related fields; and by providing an international forum for writing center concerns.

The Writing Center Online Resource Database (or WcORD) provides links to a variety of electronic resources (writing center websites and blogs, individual WCenter posts, full-text journal articles, videos, and more) in an open-access, searchable database.

Praxis: A Writing Center Journal  is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published biannually by the University Writing Center at the University of Texas at Austin. As a forum for writing-center practitioners, Praxis welcomes articles from writing-center consultants, administrators, and others concerned with issues related to writing-center training, consulting, labor, administration, and initiatives

The Writing Lab Newsletter  is a forum for exchanging ideas and information about writing centers in high schools, colleges, and universities.

The Peer Review is a new venue for writing center scholarship published by IWCA: a peer reviewed, open access, fully online, and multimodal journal to showcase the best scholarship of our field.
