The 2013 Chicano Park Day poster was designed by Roberto R. Pozos. The theme for the the 43rd celebration was "Chicano Park: Aztlan's Jewel & A National Chicano Treasure." On the poster, the kiosko takes center stage, bordered by an emerald/gem. Below some of the most important murals are also depicted within gem borders. In January 2013, Chicano Park was listed in the National Register of Historic Places, speaking to its significance beyond just the Logan community.
