The UC Irvine History Project and San Diego Unified School District Ethnic Studies Team, in collaboration with the The Chicano Park Museum and Cultural Center, has created this resource  to support the development of an Ethnic Studies curriculum centered on the history and ongoing legacy of Chicano Park. This project has been made possible with the guidance of Ethnic Studies educators, Chicano Park Community organizers, youth, scholars and other community experts. The focus of the lessons will be centered around the annual posters created to commemorate the anniversary of Chicano Park that were recently documented by the CPMCC with their blessing and collaboration.
