Themes: We Are on the Bay; resistance and resilience; Indigeneity

Artist Ruben de Anda switched out "All the Way to the Bay" for, "We are on the Bay". Behind the dancers and the Kiosk, there is the water of the San Diego Bay. This was done in celebration over winning the struggle for a bayfront park for the community.
