Why are you running?: I’m running to ensure student government truly represents all voices, especially marginalized communities. I want to advocate for equitable policies, expand opportunities for underrepresented students, and make sure we address the specific needs of Social Science majors in academic, professional, and personal development.
If elected, what would you like to achieve?: If elected, I will integrate cultural organizations into student government, advocate for stronger support for marginalized students, and expand mental health resources. I will push for increased course availability for social science majors, better internship pipelines, open-access textbooks, and strengthen DEI initiatives to ensure a more inclusive campus.
Hobbies: Running, puzzle books, photography, crocheting!

Fun Fact: I’m seeing Kendrick Lamar this year and he has been my top artist for 5 years!

Why are you running?: As a Political Science major and aspiring immigration lawyer, I understand the power of policy and representation. I’m running for Social Sciences Senator to ensure student government is a force for real advocacy and meaningful change, where every student’s concerns are heard, addressed, and taken seriously.
If elected, what would you like to achieve?: I’ll push for better professional development, more student involvement in policy decisions, and stronger communication between students and administration. Working in ASUCI and the Dean’s Office, I’ve seen where students need better representation, and I’m ready to step up. Social Sciences students deserve transparency, real resources, and a voice – I’ll make sure they have one.
Hobbies: Changing my hair on impulse (and sometimes regretting it), getting new piercings, & film/digital photography.
Favorite Food: Really anything that counts as a sweet treat.
Fun Fact: I’m a blue belt in jiu jitsu (so I can literally fight for you).

Why are you running?: I’m running for Social Science Senator to address the lack of resources, accessibility, and attention for the large student population. I hope to use this position to advocate for policies that aid in career success, reform existing outdated resources, and encourage communication for Social Science student needs.
If elected, what would you like to achieve?: If elected, I’d like to achieve setting quarterly meetings with Social Science RCOs, outreaching surveys to students, creating a more accessible faculty directory for research, and in the long term, creating hybrid graduate-undergraduate programs for social science students and expanding the availability of GE’s during the summer.
Hobbies: Baking, pottery, reading, exercising, researching, and watching Netflix.
Favorite Food: My favorite food would probably be beef noodle soup 牛肉面

Why are you running?: I'm running because Social Science students deserve an advocate who turns concerns into action. With experience drafting policies and fighting for student needs, I'll address housing insecurity, expand mental health services, ensure food access, build inclusive safety networks, and strengthen academic opportunities—because leadership should deliver real, measurable change.
If elected, what would you like to achieve?: I will push for affordable housing solutions, increased mental health support, campus-wide composting, community-based safety programs that protect all students, and expanded research funding and career development for Social Science majors—prioritizing equity and student well-being in every initiative.
Hobbies: watching movies, hiking, and trying chais at different coffee shops.
