The first step to enrolling a youth member is to submit an online enrollment form using ZSuite.
You will be asked to choose a Primary Unit. This is the club that you have chosen to be your 4-H home base. Select one for now, you can always change it later.
Next, you will need to select a Project. If you don't see the project you want, select "Self-Determined" to complete the enrollment process. Projects can be added at any time.
Once you click submit you will receive an email confirmation that your application has been received and is waiting for approval.
The second step to enrolling a youth member is to pay the annual enrollment fee.
Online: Card payments can only be accepted online with a non-refundable transaction fee of 4%. The total cost is $73.84. ($71 enrollment fee + $2.84 transaction fee)
Mail: Make checks payable to "UC Regents" and send to: UCCE Central Sierra 4-H YDP, 311 Fair Lane, Placerville, CA 95667
In-Person: Cash and check payments can be accepted at the 4-H Office (311 Fair Lane, Placerville) Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, or placed in the drop box after hours.
Request a Fee Waiver: Provisions will be made for any youth that is unable to pay all or part of the $71.00 annual enrollment fee. Fee Waiver Form
Once your payment has been received, you will receive another email stating that your enrollment has been approved. Your 4-H membership is now active and you may participate in club and project activities!
