CATCH (Coordinated Approach to Child Health) is a physical activity and physical education curriculum designed to promote student’s enjoyment and participation in moderate to vigorous physical activity (MVPA) and promote healthy eating during classes, extra-curricular activities, and recreation time with family and friends.
