UBian LMS enrollment access codes are sent directly to your UB Mail. Once you have completed the UBDE Readiness Module, your respective Lecturer will provide the access code for each of your classes. Please expect to receive these codes within 14 days after completion of the readiness module.
Each course includes five DEED (Distance Education Enhancement Dialogue) sessions per semester. While attendance is not mandatory, it is highly encouraged. These sessions offer a valuable opportunity to engage with your Lecturer, receive important updates and announcements, and discuss your learning progress or any concerns you may have about the course.
The schedule for each DEED (Distance Education Enhancement Dialogue) session will be communicated to you through an individual invitation sent by your course Lecturer. This invitation will be shared at least one week before the session and will include the date, time, and Google Meet link.
Yes, and we call it DE Academic Tutoring and Enhancement, or “DATE Sessions”, which are arranged upon request. If you need academic support, you may email your Lecturer to request a DATE session. The schedule will be set based on mutual availability and agreement between you and your Lecturer.
You may begin exploring your modules and completing activities as soon as you are enrolled in your LMS classes. We employ a self-paced learning approach, allowing you to manage your progress independently. However, please note that all course requirements must be completed before the end of the semester.
Grades are released twice each semester, after the Midterm and Final Examinations. You can expect your grades to be available within two weeks after the scheduled exam periods. Grades are accessible through your e-Brahman account, but only if you have settled your tuition balance
