Teaching Practice: A Journey Through Time
My teaching practice at Future Integrated Schools involved carefully planned procedures that encouraged active student participation while effectively managing classroom dynamics.
I structured the lesson to balance direct instruction with engaging activities, ensuring that students remained focused and involved throughout the 45-minute demonstration. Time management was crucial, as I aimed to cover essential content while allowing sufficient time for discussions and questions. To promote a conducive learning atmosphere, I established specific commands that guided students in staying quiet and attentive, which proved effective in fostering an environment of respect and concentration. Although I encountered challenges in addressing the diverse needs of my students, I adapted my teaching methods based on their feedback, allowing me to refine my approach and enhance their learning experiences. This practical experience highlighted the importance of flexibility in teaching and the need for continuous adaptation to ensure all students feel supported and engaged.
