Purposes of Practicum

The primary purpose of my practicum at Future Integrated Schools was to reflect on my future as an educator and gain practical experience that would prepare me for my career. By immersing myself in a real classroom environment, I aimed to develop a deeper understanding of effective teaching strategies, classroom management techniques, and the diverse needs of students. This experience was invaluable in helping me envision how to apply what I learned to enhance my future teaching practices and become a more effective educator. Procedures of Practicum
