The Portal to Resources for Online Individual Learning of Employees (PRO-iLearn) is a customized site that aims to provide employees with access to a compilation of various materials that are supplemental for self-learning during the quarantine/ lockdown period due to COVID-19.

PRO-iLearn Portal is designed to promote self-guided learning. It may be accessed anytime and anywhere using only the uap.asia Google account, thus, turning every minute into a quick learning experience for employees, even during quarantine.

The materials in this portal contain various online sources, covering many different topics, including readings for supervisors and managers, those who are doing research, or any other readings that are helpful to all.

Hopefully, this portal will be helpful for individual learning and development to help make the quarantine period worthwhile.
