All conference events will be held at the Coast Canmore Hotel and Conference Centre (511 Bow Valley Trail, Canmore, AB). VSAWC has a block of rooms reserved for delegates at a rate of $155/night. 

This rate applies to rooms booked for the nights of Thursday, April 25 to Sunday, April 28, and covers Coast King and Coast Two Queens room types. Upgrades are available for a fee (including pet-friendly rooms, rooms with patios and Coast Premium King rooms). 

To Book: Contact the hotel by phone at 403-678-3625 or book online at https://book.passkey.com/go/victorianstudiesapr2024 by March 25, 2024. After March 25, any remaining rooms in the VSAWC block will be released.

Parking: For hotel guests, there is a self-parking fee of $10 per day per vehicle. Guests must register their car licence plate at check in. One car per room maximum. 

For attendees not staying overnight at the Coast Canmore Hotel, parking will be available at a reduced hourly charge through the Indigo Neo App. Promo code to be provided.
