Physical activity is the journey and the destination with Free2BMe's Choose Your Own Adventure program! This program helps kids to find their favourite ways to get active by exploring a wide range of sports and motor skills. At TSC, Quality Participation in physical activity for children is key; with the freedom for children to choose and explore their own interests, they can discover movement that is meaningful to them. 

Free2BMe participants have been excited to play and discover at Choose Your Own Adventure each week. And while independent play and exploration was the focus of children's interests early in the program, as the weeks went on, playing together and hanging out with each other became a favourite way to play. Parachute games were especially fun!
